“Folder Option is not showing”

Here is the solution:

TIP # 1:

->Run -> Type gpedit.msc
Then:
->User Configuration ->Administrative Templates –> Windows Components –> Windows Explorer

Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu.

Right click:
-> Properties -> Disable ->Apply

TIP # 2
Run-Regedit
flow to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Policy
and HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Policy

Find into this, if there’s any key like that : “disable cmd” or “disable Folder Options” with value=1
Set the value to “0”
try to open Folder Options in Control Panel

“Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator”

“Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator” – Error you get when you try to open the Registry Editor in Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Vista and prevents access to registry editing

If you are unable to access your regitry editor by typing REGEDIT.exe in Run Dialog then read following tips to quickly access disabled registry access.

Download Registry Fix tool to enable disabled registry access. Click Fix Registry and your registry access is enabled immediately.

OR

 

Simply navigate to the C:\Windows and locate regedit.exe .

Once located rename regedit.exe to some other name (e.g. new_reg.exe) and double click the file to run.

Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator!

Symptom

When you try to open Task Manager, the following error may occur:

Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator

Resolution

This error is caused if the DisableTaskMgr restriction is enabled. To enable Task Manager, try one of these methods:

Method 1

Click Start, Run and type this command exactly as given below: (better – Copy and paste)

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Method 2

Download and run this REG fix and double-click it.

Method 3

• Click Start, Run and type Regedit.exe
• Navigate to the following branch:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies\ System

• In the right-pane, delete the value named DisableTaskMgr
• Close Regedit.exe

Method 4:  Using Group Policy Editor – for Windows XP Professional

• Click Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
• Navigate to this branch:

User Configuration / Administrative Templates / System / Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options / Remove Task Manager

• Double-click the Remove Task Manager option.
• Set the policy to Not Configured.
