uBuntu: LTSP / lts.conf /dhcpd.conf / Auto Login

Following lts.conf is an example on howto boot ltsp client to autoboot with ubuntu id and then present Terminal screen directly, so user will feel that he is logging to windows pc transparently.


#Auto login for use
SCREEN_01 = startx
SCREEN_02 = ldm
SCREEN_04 = rdesktop


How to USE nix locally connected USB to REMOTE WINDOWS DESKTOP my computer.

rdesktop -r disk:usb=/media/zaib/usbdisk-sdb1 -u administrator -p hehehe


Howto run Windows Application SEAMLESS via LTSP Client ???

(Default Ubuntu 9.10 rdesktop donot hide the double title window, First remove rdesktop, then download 6.0.2 version from debian repo. then install compiz-config & search for adding the string to bypass SEAMELSSRDP window)
rdesktop -s ‘c:\seamless\seamlessrdpshell.exe C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe’ -u administrator -p hehehe
